The user acknowledges that there could be exceptional circumstances where the service operators might be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons such as climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational, and technical issues. If we are informed in advance of such situations where bookings may not be honored, we will make our best efforts to provide a similar alternative to our customers or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges. The user agrees that Sai Tours and Travels, acting as an agent for facilitating booking services, shall not be responsible for such circumstances, and customers need to contact the service provider directly for further resolutions and refunds.

The user agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failure, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial modification. In such cases, Sai Tours and Travels will refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing of such services, minus the applicable cancellation, refund, or other charges, which shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of Sai Tours and Travels against such non-provision of services or deficiencies. Any additional liabilities shall be borne by the user.

Without prejudice to the aforementioned, the maximum liability on the part of Sai Tours and Travels, under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of the total amount received from the customer for availing of the services, less any cancellation, refund, or other charges, as applicable. In no case shall the liability include any loss, damage, or additional expense beyond the amount charged by Sai Tours and Travels for its services.

In no event shall Sai Tours and Travels or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Car Rental website(s) or any other channel. Sai Tours and Travels shall also not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the websites or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services, and related graphics obtained through the website(s), whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

For any bookings made on our website (saitourtravels.com), the distance will be calculated from Garage to Garage.

Important Note: The prices mentioned are for all over India, except Leh-Laddakh and Char Dham Yatra.
